Booking Conditions
1. A contract with Ze Gurp Surf Camp concludes only after final acceptance of the reservation by the Ze Gurp Surf Camp, see paragraph 2.3 for booking arrangements. Ze Gurp Surf Camp reserves the right to reject any transaction that does not match the offers on the site. With the reservation the client accepts the terms and conditions of the surf camps.

2 Booking

2.1. Reservation
Each booking must be done by an adult (with legal and business rights). The reservation can be performed either by our reservations team directly, by telephone and e-mail or on the website.

2.2. Required Information
Without the following information no reservations are accepted: name, address and age of the person. For minors, parental permission is necessary and they must be accompanied by an invigilator person. In no event shall Ze Gurp Surf Camp accept bookings from minors.

2.3. Payment required upon reservation
For the reservation, a deposit of the price of each Surf camp is necessary. This deposit will be cashed only in case of acceptance of the booking request, in the case of rejection of the reservation the paid amount will be returned under the best conditions.

2.4. Reservations less than 42 days before arrival
For short-term reservation requests that are made less than 42 days before the start of the holiday, the payment is due straight away.

2.5 Resale - Transfer
The reservation is personal and any exchange or resale to third parties in whatever form, is composed of the persons involved in appropriate legal action.

2.6. Special requests
When booking, special needs of the customer (specific location info, etc ...) are expressed, Ze Gurp surf camp tries to consider these requests, but cannot guarantee its equivalent.

3. Information and Prices

3.1. Information provided by Ze Gurp Surf Camp
The information and prices on the website for the year 2010, or rates provided by our educators,  are only for informational purposes and may change under certain circumstances, without prior notice, according to the requirements of the needs of Ze Gurp Surf Camp. Ze Gurp Surf Camp is not responsible for pricing and information that was not confirmed in a written statement.

3.2. Prices
The rental prices on the website are for the year 2010.

3.2.1 Prices
The price for all our packages include the rental of accommodations (equipped with furniture, dishes, blankets or sleeping bags), the use of water, gas and electricity, each of the selected sports activities and access to sports facilities.

 3.2.2. The contract price does not include:
Other than those described in paragraph 3.2.1 of services and supplies, meals and beverages, the daily cleaning of shelter and other, not on the booking form or confirmation referred to activities and activities are not included. Insurance at the time of booking ("travel insurance" "insurance damage") is also not included.

4th Payment

4.1 Booking a Course with accommodation
Upon acceptance of the reservation request Ze Gurp Surf camp sends an invoice to the customer. The payment of the balance, according to the contractually agreed price for a course with accommodation, is payable 42 days before arrival date.
 
4.2. Non-payment
For non-payment of the full amount (paragraph 4.1), Ze Gurp Surf Camp reserves the right  to consider to whether the reservation was canceled by the customer (paragraph 7, "Cancellation by the customer").

5. Change in booking
Any request for change must be sent in written form by the customer by a registered letter with return receipt to: 3R et pour tous surf plage 68 route de l'Océan et L'hopital Grayan 33 590. Ze Gurp's Surf Camp strives to consider all requests to change the date, type of accommodation or the location within the available options, but it cannot be held responsible if it doesn’t work. The changes apply only after sending a written confirmation to the customer. Reservation changes must be made at least 42 days before date of arrival and an extra charge of 25 € needs to be payed. Any changes to the 42nd Days and the date of arrival, therefore between the 41st Day and the day of arrival will be considered as a cancellation as in point 6 ('withdrawal of the customer "treatment).
 

6. Cancellation by the customer
Every Surf camp which has been attended must be paid. Each prematurely aborted Surf Camp-participation leads to a refund, regardless of the reason for canceling. All requests for cancellation must be in written form, by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: 3R surf plage et pour tous 68 route de l'océan 33 590 Grayan et L'hopital. The postmark date is considered to determine when the request for cancellation is effective. Except in the cases already described (cancellation during participation), the following cancellation rules apply:

6.1. Cancellation of booking
Cancellations before the 42nd Days before the start, 20% of the total price of the reservation will be kept by  Ze Gurp Surf Camp, between the 41st and 14 Days before the start of the surf camps 40% from 13 Days prior to arrival, 60% of the total. Cancellations on the day of commencement of the surf camps Ze Gurp Surf camp keeps the full amount paid.
 
7. Termination by Ze Gurp Surf Camp
If Ze Gurp Surf Camp sees itself forced to cancel a reservation, Ze Gurp Surf Camp is not required for customers to create a replacement. Depending on availability, Ze Gurp surf camp will try to find  another location.

8th Force majeure
Should events of force majeure  appear such as natural disasters or other disruptions in the weather, decisions or orders of the government or state, etc. which will lead to a temporary or permanent closure of all or part of the surf camps, Ze Gurp surf camp cannot be held responsible  in any event, in any form whatsoever. For example, Ze Gurp Surf Camp is not responsible for the closure of certain facilities of the campsite or the environment when it is needed to ensure the safety of customers and users.

9th Arrival - Departure - Stays
The minimum stay at the Surf Camp is 5 (five) nights (special offers or promotions are excluded). The accommodations are available on the day of arrival from 10:00 clock and need to be left on the day of departure until 16:00 clock. Ze Gurp Surf Camp accepts later arrivals until 24 hours after the agreed starting date after the expiry of that period the reservation is canceled by the customer and there can be no claim for a refund (see paragraph 7).

9.1. Opening times: The Ze Gurp surf schoolis open in May, June, September and October from 10:00-12:00 o’clock and from 14:00-18:00 o’clock in July and August.

10th Deposit
A deposit of 100 € per person is due upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at end of stay, after examining the condition of the property. This deposit is independent of any other deposits.

11th Liability for damages or nuisances caused during the stay
The participants, or the person in whose name the booking form has been completed, is responsible for the accommodation and any goods made available, as the equipment of the surf camps and their facilities, and that it is only used the activities planned for it. Any damage to the premises, loss or destruction of the moving elements as well as the bungalows and public buildings calls at the campsite the full responsibility of the polluter. The subscriber or tenant of the property is personally responsible for any damage, loss, disruption or harassment by people who are with him or visit him. The participant is also obliged to ensure the protection and enforcement of the rules of the camp, especially for those who accompany or visit him. If a resident cause’s confusion hurts other people or disturbs the integrity of the common facilities, Ze Gurp Surf Camp reserves itself the right to immediately put an end to his stay and to exclude the person from the surf camp, without payment of compensation or refund of the price paid. The same rule applies when Ze Gurp Surf Camp finds unauthorized occupation of the accommodation, e.g.  more people are using the accommodation then have it was paid for.

12. Responsibility of the Ze Gurp Surf Camp
Ze Gurp Surf Camp takes no responsibility for the personal belongings of the participants. Ze Gurp Surf Camp cannot be held liable for theft, loss, injury or damage to personal property of any kind, during or after the holiday. Infringements or decommissioning of technical equipment, failure or closure of certain facilities on the campsite, when they are outside the control of Ze Gurp surf camp or in connection with cases of violence, or major force is not in the responsibility of Ze Gurp surf camp.  Specific actions taken by the campsite or the restricted access to certain facilities if they are required by compliance with safety standards or are planned maintenance. Damage from vehicles parked at the campsite or in the country, even in cases in which it was expressly authorized to be on the campsite or on the road. Changing the animation or planned activities by temporary closure of plants, for reasons beyond the control of Ze Gurp Surf Camp is not in the responsibility of Ze Gurp surf camp. 

13 Low Season.
In the low season and for reasons of group size,  Ze Gurp Surf Camp reserves the right to delete or modify certain installations, facilities, services or activities proposed. For reservations in the off-season advises Ze Gurp Surf Camp to inquire at the team before booking.

14th Local tax
For your information, the tourist tax for the year 2009 was for each person over 13 years to 0.40 € per day, subject to the decision of the City Council for the year 2009.

House Rules of the Surf Camp.
Thank you for reading, respecting and enforcing the rules of Ze Gurp surf camps. If, despite the information contained in this brochure you have questions about the rules of living together in our Surf Camp, ask the team or on site at the reception.
Interference and harassment, we urge all residents of our surf camps, to minimize the noise pollution, in particular regarding the respect of the rest. If people make a mess, or harm other guests or disturb the integrity of the common facilities, Ze Gurp Surf Camp reserves the right to terminate the participation of that person immediately, without creating an indemnity or compensation.
Pets: Pets are subject to certain rules and obligations, but each accepted for a fee of 2 € per day. It is the responsibility of the owner's dog during the entire duration of the stay to keep it on a leash and ensure that the toilet of the animal has appropriate cleaning.
As a reminder - a family spirit sport: The offered Vacation of Ze Gurp Surf Camp is all about the spirit of the family and the institutions, services and rules of life in our Surf Camp and are oriented in this direction. So we thank you for the implementation of the rules during your stay in our camp.

The French law is applicable for the terms and conditions.
